Job Summary

Overview

The Custodian at Cook Spencer is responsible to keep building and working environment clean.

Responsibilities

Read understand and carry out written and oral instructions
Trash removal
Sweep and mop floors
Clean walls
Dust various surfaces
Deep clean work stations
Provide legible and accurate documentation
Complete quality work at acceptable department determined rates

Commit to a minimum 40 hour work week
Work effectively with limited supervision
Work closely with co-workers.
Work with chemicals such as cleaners and isopropyl alcohol

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 10 pounds continuously and up to 30 poundsoccasionally
Frequent repetitive motion
Good eyesight hand dexterity and attention to detail

Able to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
Frequently required to stand walk use hands to grasp carry feel ortouch; reach with hands and arms stoop kneel crouch; communicate
Proper attire/clothing and Personal Protective Equipment /clothing asrequired within Controlled Production Areas
