Position Summary:
We are seeking a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve as a Regional Float supporting multiple clinic locations across the region. This limited-term full-time position (30 hours per week) is designed to provide coverage for staffing needs vacations and fluctuating patient volumes.
The Regional Float PTA will collaborate closely with supervising physical therapists and clinic teams to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining adaptability across different clinic environments.
Position Details:
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Limited Term / Temporary Full-Time
Coverage Area: Multiple clinic locations across the region
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing clinic assignments and schedules is required.
Compensation & Incentives
Regional Float Pay Incentive in recognition of the flexibility required for this role.
Mileage reimbursement for travel between clinic locations.
Drive time compensation in accordance with organizational policy.

Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree as a physical therapist assistant from an accredited college
