Job Summary
Modern Law is a growing Arizona family law firm with established clients and real demand for estate planning services. Were building out a dedicated estate planning department and need an experienced attorney to lead it.
What Youll Do
Draft and execute wills trusts powers of attorney and related estate planning documents. Advise clients on asset protection probate avoidance and long-term planning. Build systems and processes for a department thats growing from day one.
What Were Looking For
- Licensed Arizona attorney in good standing
- 3 years of estate planning experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Someone who wants to build something not just fill a seat

- Must be licensed in Arizona.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Arizona Estate Planning.
