Support Operator

Partner with the best
As a Support Operator you will perform the daily operational activities required to keep our plants running reliably and consistently. You will support material flow inventory accuracy and warehouse organization to ensure uninterrupted production line performance. You will also contribute to service shop operations ensuring materials components and tools are available when needed.
You will play a key role in maintaining operational stability supporting production teams and ensuring that warehouse processes meet safety quality and efficiency standards.
As a Support Operator you will be responsible for:
Performing daily warehouse operations to support reliable and consistent production line flow.
Receiving storing picking staging and issuing materials for production and service shop activities.
Operating forklifts and materialhandling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate inventory levels and completing cycle counts as required.
Ensuring proper organization labeling and housekeeping of warehouse areas.
Supporting the movement of materials components and finished goods throughout the facility.
Identifying material shortages discrepancies or operational issues and escalating appropriately.
Coordinating with production maintenance and quality teams to ensure timely material availability.
Completing daily operational logs checklists and documentation.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reliability.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have experience working in a warehouse manufacturing or service shop environment.
Have knowledge of materialhandling processes and warehouse best practices.
Be able to operate forklifts and other materialhandling equipment (certification preferred).
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Show good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Have a proactive safetyfocused mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Possess basic computer skills for inventory and documentation tasks.
