Broadridge is Growing. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Lead Developer specializing in Java and AWS technologies supporting our Capital Markets platforms for our institutional custodian and retail clients.

Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid which means youll be coming into the office 2 days a week andgiven the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and deployment of secure high-performance Java based applications in AWS.
Work closely with the product/business organization on strategic planning to define product roadmaps and align with technical roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers to promote best practices and continuous learning.
Lead an Agile development team while continuing to improve the Agile mindset and culture.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Masters of Science in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
16 years of professional experience in Java development with strong knowledge of the Spring ecosystem.
Experience leading technical teams on-shore and off-shore
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as MSK (Kafka) Elastic Search EKS ECS Fargate S3 Aurora Postgres and Glue.
Strong understanding of secure coding practices relational databases and DevOps.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.

Salary Range: 160000..00 USD annual
