Job Description:

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

• Perform custodial tasks including cleaning dusting and sanitizing various areas within the premises.
• Launder linens towels and other fabrics as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Cook simple meals or prepare snacks for residents or guests when required.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping mopping vacuuming and polishing surfaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Execute commercial cleaning tasks in business environments while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in residential settings ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
• Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of proper sanitation techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is an advantage.
• Experience in commercial cleaning settings is beneficial but not required.
• Attention to detail with the ability to notice areas that require additional care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Schedule & Availability:

8am-4pm *weekend availability a must

16 suite hotel
