We are looking for a commercially-minded Graphic Designer who can translate strategy into powerful visual narratives. You will contribute to building a trusted brand across digital campaigns ATL and OOH ensuring consistency credibility and clarity in every touchpoint.
Design at insurancemarket is not decoration. It is how trust becomes visible.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute campaign visual concepts aligned with brand positioning
- Contribute to the evolution of the brands visual system
- Manage end-to-end creative production (design feedback delivery)
- Design integrated campaigns across digital ATL and OOH
- Create and adapt assets across social display email and landing pages
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video
- Design and elevate executive-level presentations translating strategy and data into clear visual narratives
- Ensure clarity hierarchy and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with marketing performance & product Teams
What we expect from you:
- 4 years experience in campaign and brand design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking both for the digital & offline world
- Experience working in brands undergoing growth or repositioning
- Strong typography layout and visual hierarchy discipline
- Ability to simplify complex categories visually
- Motion capability (After Effects)
- Experience with ATL / OOH production
- Good understanding of web-ready formats image optimization responsive assets and export pipelines.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator) and Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD / Gamma.
- Excellent visual judgement strong typography and color theory skills.
Desirable:
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience collaborating with developers on handoffs.
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads) and their technical requirements.
- Previous agency or fast-paced digital team experience.
- Advanced animation skills in After Effects.
- Strong English (written and spoken).
