Human Touch Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy services in Locust Grove and Orange Virginia.
Opportunities are available for Full-Time Part-Time or PRN based on availability and service needs.

Position Overview
The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role supports patients in improving mobility strength balance and functional independence within the home setting.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy services according to established treatment plans
Assist patients with mobility strengthening and balance exercises
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Communicate patient progress to supervising Physical Therapist
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Minimum 1 year of experience (home health preferred)
Strong clinical and documentation skills
EMR experience preferred
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
This position serves patients in Locust Grove and Orange VA and surrounding communities.
