(i.e. fish cards and licenses) when selling their fish and shellfish based on established standards and assist in processing cleaning sorting and packagingEnsure safe handling of products during transportation to maintain quality and accurate records of purchases including paperwork invoices and fish in preparing and submitting documentation for regulatory compliance and internal in setting up and maintaining Fish and Shellfish Buying that buying stations are clean organized and fully any equipment malfunctions or issues to the Fish/Shellfish Buying Program safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working compliance with all health and safety regulations in handling and processing the Fish/Shellfish Buy Program Manager and other staff with daily operations and special with other team members to address any operational issues and streamline with additional departmental tasks as other duties as assigned.
