Your new role

AsaStrategic Market Access Sr Manageryoullbe the architect of our market access strategy in Brazilensuring thatour portfolio of diabetes obesity rarediseaseand cardiovascular therapies reaches those who need them most.Someof your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing local market access strategies aligned with business priorities across our full portfolio (diabetes obesity rare diseases and beyond).

  • Monitor the market access environmentregardingNovo Nordiskand competitorssuch aschanges in the health system HTAmodelsand general trends.

  • Building andmaintainingstrategic relationships with health authoritiesand other key stakeholdersto ensure solid knowledge of Novo Nordisktherapies.

  • Adapting global HEOR tools to local needsensuringourproduct value propositions are recognized and maximized.

  • IdentifyingHEOR evidence andpublication needsthatcanleveragelocal business opportunitiesleadingthe preparation of analyses and articles to address identified gaps.

  • Participate and representbothNNand NNFBin working groups related to pricingcontractingglobal/international access and HEOR.

  • Identifyand support the development oftraining/capacity-building for the teamand external stakeholders.

  • Managing and developing a teamof twodirect reports while collaborating closely with Business Units Medical Affairs Commercial Excellence Finance and Public Affairs

Your skills and qualifications

Weare looking for aprofessional whopossesses:

  • University degree in Business Administration EconomicsPharmacyor related field.

  • Postgraduatequalificationis a plus.

  • Previousexperience inpharmaceuticalindustryandstrategic market access roles.

  • Proficiencyin both written and verbal English.

  • Strongknowledge of pricing legislation and technology incorporation processes in both public and private Brazilian healthcare systems.

  • Previousexperience in two or more of the following areas: Market Access Pricing Health Economics Payer Engagement Health Outcomes Research Value Communication or Value PropositionDevelopment.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and develop a team while influencing cross-functional groups.
