How Youll Make an Impact:

• Oversee multiple development projects simultaneously with strong organization and time management
• Assess project scope to identify risks timelines and key deliverables
• Set clear expectations for design engineering specifications and commercialization and notify teams when action is needed
• Share concise timely updates with stakeholders as required
• Coordinate across departments to ensure project deliverables align with business prioritiesIdentify document and resolve project issues or delays
• Contribute to process improvement efforts within the organization
• Support future project and resource planning with relevant teams
• Run weekly project and status meetings; document and share meeting notes
• Collaborate with the Taiwan office and monitor development manufacturing testing and production activities
• Ensure projects reach completion on schedule within budget and in alignment with project management standards
• Prepare data reports and dashboards as needed
• Support the development improvement training and application of PMO project management tools methodologies and processes

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelors degree; Masters students or recent graduates with relevant project experience are welcome
• Experience managing projects through academic work internships or professional roles
• Proficient in organizing work coordinating tasks and keeping projects on schedule
• Able to set clear priorities and follow through on commitments
• Able to guide multiple tasks or projects at the same time
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Asana or Workfront
• Familiarity with process mapping or workflow documentation is a plus
• PMP Six Sigma or similar certifications are a plus
