MISIUNEA JOBULUI
Pozitia are rolul de a gestiona si dezvolta activitatea de vanzare a betoanelor in perimetrul desemnat adresandu-se atat clientilor noi cat si celor existenti. Scopul principal este atingerea obiectivelor comerciale prin cresterea portofoliului de clienti mentinerea unor relatii solide si asigurarea unui nivel ridicat de satisfactie a clientilor. Pozitia raporteaza direct Managerului de Vanzari Zona si colaboreaza indeaproape cu departamentele: calitate productie logistica credit management si performanta.
RESPONSABILITATI
Desfasoara activitatea de vanzari in zona alocata in conformitate cu politica comerciala a companiei.
Propune planuri de actiune pentru atingerea obiectivelor de vanzari.
Negociaza cu clientii si stabileste preturi si limite de credit in limita autoritatii sale.
Gestioneaza portofoliul de clienti si organizeaza intalniri regulate pentru evaluarea nevoilor prezente si viitoare.
Planifica si realizeaza vizite de prospectare pentru extinderea portofoliului de clienti.
Este responsabil pentru recuperarea datoriilor si informeaza managerul direct in caz de intarzieri sau blocaje.
Colaboreaza cu departamentele relevante pentru solutionarea problemelor legate de produse servicii sau livrari.
Pregateste rapoarte periodice privind rezultatele de vanzari.
Ofera informatii tehnice despre produse si utilizarea lor.
Furnizeaza departamentului de marketing date referitoare la produsele competitorilor.
COMPETENTE SI PROFILUL CANDIDATULUI
Studii superioare preferabil tehnice sau comerciale.
Minim 5 ani experienta in vanzari in domeniul materialelor de constructii; constituie avantaj experienta in vanzarea de betoane.
Cunostinte solide despre produse si utilizarile acestora.
Excelente abilitati de negociere si comunicare.
Capacitate de lucru sub presiune si in situatii de stres.
Limba engleza nivel mediu.
Respectarea H&S ca prioritate principala.
Orientare puternica catre rezultate.
Abilitati solide de colaborare cu departamentele conexe.
Persoana organizata metodica cu dorinta de invatare si adaptabilitate.
