Job Summary
Position: Painter
Location: Brown County
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule:
1st Shift: MondayThursday 6:30am5:00pm
Friday: Overtime as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Pay: Based on experience
What Youll Do
Bring your craftsmanship and precision to a team that values quality! Responsibilities include:
- Surface Preparation: Clean sand mask and prime surfaces for flawless paint adhesion.
- Material Mixing: Accurately mix paints primers and coatings per specifications.
- Paint Application: Apply coatings using gravity-fed spray guns.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain spray guns and related equipment.
- Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints technical drawings and work orders.
What Were Looking For
- Technical Skills: Experience with liquid spray painting and material handling.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable with standing lifting and working in various positions.
- Detail-Oriented: Committed to a high-quality finish every time.
- Problem Solver: Able to spot and fix surface or application issues.
- Team Player: Strong communication with supervisors and teammates.
- Safety Minded: Strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Experience: Prior painting experience required especially with specialized coatings or equipment.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED.
