Job Summary

AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Midlevel Associate to join its Payments & Fintech practice in Dallas.
This opportunity is ideal for an associate with experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts within the technology sector. Prior fintech or payment systems experience is preferred though candidates with strong backgrounds in outsourcing technology licensing or similar transactional matters are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Role
Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts within the technology and financial services sectors
Advise clients on payments fintech outsourcing and technology-driven transactions
Manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate within a nationally recognized Payments & Fintech platform handling sophisticated matters
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Background in fintech payment systems outsourcing or technology licensing preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
