**This is a hybrid internship in Bloomington MN. Interns must be onsite at least 3 days/week**

As a UX Design Intern on the Product Management team you will help design intuitive data-driven software experiences that support complex decision-making for global travel and hospitality businesses. You will work alongside product managers designers and engineers to research user needs explore design solutions and create prototypes that improve how users interact with advanced analytics and AI-powered software.

This role provides hands-on experience designing real product features from understanding user problems through testing and iteration while learning modern UX practices within a fast-moving enterprise product environment.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting UX designers in researching user workflows behaviors and challenges to better understand how customers use our software in real-world scenarios
• Participating in user research activities such as interviews usability testing and design walkthroughs to gather feedback and validate design decisions
• Creating wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions
• Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to translate user needs and product requirements into clear usable experiences
• Helping design workflows and interfaces that simplify complex data and analytics into actionable insights for users
• Contributing to the design of next-generation product experiences that incorporate automation and generative AI to assist user decision-making
• Supporting usability evaluations and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations
• Documenting design decisions user flows and interaction patterns to support development and cross-team alignment
• Maintaining awareness of user experience trends accessibility considerations and emerging design patterns
• Assisting the UX team in evolving design processes systems and reusable patterns across products

What youll bring to us:

• Current enrollment in an accredited degree program in Human-Computer Interaction UX Design Interaction Design Psychology Information Science Graphic Design or a related discipline (Junior or Senior status preferred)
• Interest in designing digital products and improving how people interact with software
• Basic experience with design or prototyping tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar)
• Curiosity about user behavior and a desire to understand how people solve problems using technology
• Ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally within a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort receiving feedback and iterating on designs
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI-assisted workflows or intelligent software systems is a plus
