Days Only: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Shift Differentials (if applicable):
Specialty Differential: $1.50/hour
Night Differential: $4.25/hour
Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Range:
$27.72/hour (minimum)
$34.32/hour (10 years experience)
$39.60/hour (15 years experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
$10000 (Days)
$15000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5000
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) RN to provide high-acuity cardiovascular critical care. This role requires strong clinical judgment autonomous decision-making and expertise in managing patients requiring continuous monitoring and complex interventions.
You will work in an 8-bed CVICU within a collaborative patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level cardiovascular critical care
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage treatment plans
Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to rapid clinical changes
Advocate for patients and families while ensuring privacy and confidentiality
Provide patient and family education on medications and care plans
Support quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 3 years) ER ICU or CVICU experience
PCU/IMCU experience considered with minimum 2 years
Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (Florida licensure required within 60 days if relocating)
BLS required
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
NIHSS certification required within 30 days
BSN preferred
CCRN preferred (required within 2 years if not currently certified)
