Role / What this job involves Tetris is looking for a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work on several Corporate Office and Commercial sector Interior / Fit Out / Refurbishment projects.

• Excellent take-off skills are required from both accuracy and speed perspectives.

• Preparation of Budget estimates.

• Preparation of procurement documentation.

• Tender evaluations.

• Preparation of contract Documents.

• Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.

• Review costs in conjunction with budgets.

• Price and check additional works as required and complete relevant paperwork.

• Attending design team meetings.

• Be a strong team player and have the willingnesss to learn.

• Represent the company professionally and diligently at all times.

Sound like you To apply you need to be/have:

• Relevant Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.

• Experience in Interior fit-out / Partitioning / Refurbishment projects is preferred but not essential..

• Corporate Real Estate / Commercial Office projects would be an advantage.

• Willingness and desire to learn and take on responsibility.
