Simply is hiring a hands-on Marketing Designer to create high-impact creative that drives measurable business results across acquisition channels while maintaining strong visual quality.
What youll do:
- Design performance assets at high velocity
- Iterate designs based on funnel metrics (CTR conversion opt-in MO RP).
- Partner with Growth PMM and Product to turn insights into winning designs
- Support cross-org visual needs (campaigns internal decks board funding data visualization)
- Help maintain visual identity and consistency across product ads webflow emails and related touchpoints
What were looking for:
- Strong visual craft and portfolio quality
- Proven performance marketing design experience (beyond brand-only work)
- 3 years of experience from product-focused tech company- Must
- Understanding of outcome-based creative testing and iteration
- Ability to execute fast under shifting priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration.
- High ownership and execution mindset.
- Visual communication degree
Nice to have:
- Experience in subscription apps edtech or growth-stage B2C
- Experience and passion in building and designing with AI
- Motion design capabilities
- Comfort with data visualization for business-facing materials
