Cardiology Veterinarian
A specialty veterinary hospital is seeking a Cardiology Veterinarian to join its collaborative team of specialists and emergency clinicians. This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced cardiac care in a supportive well-equipped hospital environment focused on high-quality medicine and patient care.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions in animal patients
Perform and interpret cardiac diagnostics such as echocardiography and ECGs
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for cardiac cases
Collaborate with specialists and emergency clinicians to provide comprehensive patient care
Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses treatment plans and prognosis
Maintain accurate medical records and follow-up care plans
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Board-certified or residency-trained in veterinary cardiology
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in cardiology
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
