- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Skills
- Experience in a dietary department or similar setting is preferred.
- Proficient in knife skills and various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food service operations and catering practices.
- Strong understanding of food handling safety and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus
