How you can Make a Difference

Working for Paradies Lagardère provides you with the opportunity to create a meaningful and positive impact on your community and the environment.
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes glasses utensil and equipment especially during peak hours.
Ensure all tables counters and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
Collect empty bottles and glasses.
Remove garbage regularly.
Sanitize the kitchen area including the floor.
Bus tables load and unload glass washing machines.
Store clean dishes glasses and equipment appropriately.
Prepare mixers juices and cocktail garnishes.
Change out beer kegs safely requesting assistance when needed.
Restock liquor bottles.
Refill ice bins.
Strong self-motivation leadership and organizational skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Proficiency required in reading writing and mathematics in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and to perform essential job functions such as standing bending reaching
gripping climbing on a ladder and walking long distance for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
