The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installation qualification upgrade repair and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites as well as the transfer of knowhow to the customer. Local CS branches perform these tasks within their regions.
Within CS the EU EUV UIR (Upgrade Install and Relocation) team executes system upgrades installations and relocations and provides technical support for other CS activities as needed. Tasks are mostly well-defined carried out with a high degree of independence and require limited supervision.
The SAP Coordinator is responsible for daytoday coordination of a large part of a project to support the Project Lead and project teams in successfully realizing project deliverables. The role ensures that tasks and steps are completed on time and within budget and that resources are allocated effectively.

Travel:
Estimated travel is 60% subject to adjustment as the organization evolves. Future travel depends on customer site needs across Europe. The role requires full commitment to working in Ireland or up to 75% travel to countries including (but not limited to) Israel Germany Netherlands Belgium Taiwan Korea and the USA. Visa eligibility is required.
Working Hours:
Nominal working hours are regular office hours. Shift work may be required to support projects and will be compensated with a shift allowance.
