Regulatory Officer
Remote/ Full Time/ Salary:25-30K GBP

We areseekinga motivated anddetailoriented Regulatory Officer to join our Cosmetics Regulatory team. This role is wellsuited for earlycareer professionalswithinregulatory affairs compliance toxicology or a related field who are eager to build deeper this position you will collaborate closely with regulatory specialists toxicologists and project managers to support the delivery ofaccurate highquality regulatory services for our clients all within a structured and supportive environment that encourages professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the review of cosmetic products for compliance with UK and EU cosmetic regulations
Assistwith labeling and artwork reviews
Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIFs)
Support SCPN/CPNP notification activities
Respond to client inquiries ina timelyand professional manner
Collaborate with toxicology and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintainaccurateregulatory records and documentation
Monitor regulatory updates and share relevant changes with the team
Follow internal procedures to ensure consistent highquality regulatory output
Qualifications andRequirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline
12 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or cosmeticsrelated role
Basic understanding of UK and EU cosmetic regulations; exposure to international cosmetic regulations is a plus but notrequired
Experience with labeling reviews PIFs or SCPN/CPNP processes
Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated willingness to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills;additionallanguage skills are desirable but not essential
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Interest in sustainability or green chemistry is preferred but not required
