Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership & Client Engagement (BAU)
Senior Relationship Lead: Serve as the primary executive point of contact for key North
American clients ensuring proactive issue resolution and exceptional service delivery.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with US-based Relationship Managers to anticipate client
needs ensuring our service model scales in line with their long-term growth.
Global Representation: Represent the India GCC in global steering committees contributing
to service model enhancements and cross-jurisdictional standards.
2. Fund Accounting Governance & Technical Oversight
NAV Excellence: Provide executive oversight/review of daily/monthly NAV production
ensuring 100% precision in performance allocations management fees and incentive fee
calculations.
Complex Instrument Stewardship: Direct the accounting treatment for sophisticated
instruments including OTC derivatives bank-debts structured products and private
investments ensuring compliance with US GAAP or as per fund documents.
Audit Ownership: Lead annual audit cycles by managing relationships with external auditors
(Big 4) and ensuring zero-deficiency financial reporting.
3. Operational Excellence & Risk Management
Control Environment: Establish and maintain a rigorous control framework (SOC1/ISAE
3402) to mitigate operational and regulatory risk.
Transformation & Integration: Drive Digital First initiatives leveraging SS&C Geneva PFS
Paxus or Mantra to eliminate manual touchpoints via automation and workflow
optimization.
Change Management: Lead strategic initiatives for new fund launches platform migrations
and global process standardization without impacting BAU stability.
4. People Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Talent Development: Lead and mentor a multi-layered team of professionals overseeing
succession planning and technical upskilling.
Internal Liaison: Act as the senior bridge between Operations Risk Investor Relations and
Portfolio Management teams to ensure operational readiness for new investment strategies.
High-Performance Culture: Champion diversity and a high-performance mindset that
