Detailed JD	MSTR Microstrategy skills required MSTR SQL ETL GCP basics Basic knowledge in GCP Services Bigquery Airflow composer Basic Python for integration Location Gurgaon Job Summary Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Microstrategy within the Data Analysis domain to drive business insights and reporting solutions Job Description Design develop and maintain Microstrategy reports and dashboards to support business decisionmaking Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing thorough data validation and quality checks Optimize existing Microstrategy reports for performance and usability Stay updated with the latest Microstrategy features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities Roles and Responsibilities Lead the endtoend development and deployment of Microstrategy BI solutions Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data engineers analysts and business users to deliver effective data analysis solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microstrategy reports and dashboards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Microstrategy tools and best practices Participate in requirement gathering sessions and contribute to the design of data analysis frameworks Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies during report development and distribution Skills Mandatory Skills : Microstrategy
