Job Summary
Summary: OpenText Technical Consultant (Content Server / Archive Center / OTDS)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced OpenText Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Content Server Archive Center and OTDS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration configuration upgrades and integrations across OpenText platforms along with supporting web reporting workflows and archival processes. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of OpenText architecture databases and web application hosting environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer configure and maintain OpenText Content Server Archive Center and OTDS and support LiveReports WebReports and Content Server workflows to meet business module installations patching and version upgrades for OpenText and optimize ArchiveServer jobs storage and long-term archival and analyze issues related to Content Server performance document archiving and authentication/ closely with infrastructure teams for deployment and integration of OpenText documentation and operational runbooks for system configurations and with stakeholders to support enhancements customization requests and application health and ensure uptime scalability and compliance with IT security standards.
Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with:OpenText Content ServerOpenText Archive Center / Archive ServerOpenText Directory Services (OTDS)Practical knowledge of:LiveReports WebReports and WorkflowsExperience with:Installing OpenText modulesPerforming patching & version upgradesKnowledge of:OTCS Database schemaArchiveServer database schema & archival job processingGood understanding of:Tomcat and IIS web application serversAbility to troubleshoot issues across application web and database of enterprise authentication SSO and integration concepts is an added advantage.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
