Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (SAP CS) Consultant with 5 7 years of hands-on experience in implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP CS functionalities including:
- Service Orders & Notifications
- Service Contracts & Warranties
- Repair & Returns Processing
- Resource Planning
- Billing & Settlement
Work on integration with:
- SAP SD
- SAP MM
- SAP PM
- SAP FICO
Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and reports.
Support testing (SIT/UAT) and go-live activities.
Provide production support and resolve business issues.

Required Skills:

5 7 years of SAP CS functional experience.
Minimum 1 2 end-to-end implementation projects.
Strong understanding of service management business processes.
Experience in integration with SD MM PM and FICO.
Ability to handle client discussions and requirement workshops.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
