Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Team Development
- Set a clear vision and objectives for the customer ecosystem team. lead coach and develop a high-performing team that embodies agility innovation and growth mindset.
- Foster strong collaboration across functions and BUs ensuring alignment with the overall Surgery digital strategy.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement outcome ownership and capability building within the team.
2. Platform Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Develop and own the long-term platform strategy roadmap and architecture ensuring scalability and a differentiated user experience.
- Data-driven decision-making and the adoption of advanced technologies (e.g. AI analytics personalization) to enhance platform value and business impact.
3. Platform Development & Omnichannel Operations
- Lead the team in planning and executing platform feature enhancements content strategy and daily operations to deliver superior customer experience and engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign activation and omnichannel content delivery optimizing performance based on real-time insights.
4. Digital GTM Model Enablement & Orchestration
- Leverage digital channels to enhance and optimize the Go-To-Market (GTM) model ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement scalable strategies that drive customer engagement and accelerate growth in lower-tier markets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine GTM approaches improving efficiency and impact across digital touchpoints.
5. Performance Measurement & Business Insights
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital platforms and GTM channels.
- Utilize analytics and customer feedback to generate actionable insights and continuously optimize strategies for improvements.
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across marketing sales IT and Business Units to ensure seamless execution of platform and GTM initiatives.
- Lead change management and capability-building efforts to drive digital adoption and GTM excellence within commercial teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above in Business Marketing Life Sciences or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/MedTech industries with proven success in marketing digital transformation and commercial excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading omnichannel/digital GTM models with strong ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with ability to translate business challenges into actionable omnichannel optimization plans.
- Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate a matrix organization effectively.
- Agile adaptable and committed to continuous learning in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
- Preferred: Background in marketing digital consulting experience (nice to have) or commercial operations.
- Fluent in English.
