Must Haves:
- Experience in coordination of IT projects in all stages of project life cycle as per the project charter scope management plan risk management plan issue management process financial management plan and scheduling plan.
- Experience preparing or drafting project management plans and documents (e.g. statement of work project charter Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) risk management plan scope document resource plan project schedule Options analysis financial documents and Request for Information/Request for Quotation/Request for Proposal (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
- Experience working in a shared project management environment using collaborative project management tools and such as Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is an asset.
- Experience with various project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) and methodologies for planning and implementing work packages.
- Project management professional designation such as CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an asset
Description

- 2. Experience preparing or drafting project management plans and documents (e.g. statement of work project charter Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) risk management plan scope document resource plan project schedule Options analysis financial documents and Request for Information/Request for Quotation/Request for Proposal (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
- 3. Experience working in a shared project management environment using collaborative project management tools and such as Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is an asset.
- 4. Experience making presentations and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels
- 5. Experience supervising staff assigning work monitoring performance and motivating teams in a matrix-based work environment
- 6. Experience in business and IT analysis tconduct feasibility analysis and produce associated reports and recommendations
- 7. Experience applying all required steps tdevelop a project schedule including resource and duration estimation and identification of the critical path in a large diverse computing environment.
- 8. Experience with various project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) and methodologies for planning and implementing work packages.
- 9. Experience in procurement processes including the preparation of Requests for Proposal and Vendor Agreements / Statements of Work
- 10. Demonstrated ability tdevelop manage and perform project cost control
- 11. Demonstrated experience in supervising and coaching internal business and technical team members on a project basis.
- 12. Demonstrated ability testablish and maintain an effective consulting relationship with corporate clients and vendors with a strong customer service orientation.
- 13. Project management professional designation such as CAPM (Certified associate in project management) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an asset

- Status Reports: Weekly or monthly updates for stakeholders.
- Meeting Minutes & Agendas: Documented meeting outcomes decisions and action items.
- Risk/Issue Logs: Updated logs tracking potential and current blockers.
- Document Control: Maintained project documentation contracts and invoices.
- Operational & Administrative Support:
- Resource Allocation Updates: Tracking team member availability and equipment usage.
- Workflow Management: Ensuring team members understand and meet deadlines.
- Vendor/Clien Liaison: Coordinated communication and documentation.
- Logistics & Coordination:
- Meeting Organization: Scheduling and setting up meetings.
- Onboarding/Training: Coordinating onboarding for new team members or project training sessions
Additional Terms
- Anticipated Duration: 1 year
- Duration of Potential Extension: 1 year
- Hybrid work model three (3) days in the office. Currently anchor days are Monday and Tuesday and then the 3rd day is flexible
