Job Summary

Role: Quality Engineer

Locatio; Toronto Canada

Responsibility

Understand the future end to end process and collaborate with developers and application SMEs to quickly get up to speed.

Analyze requirements and scope of the test cases that need to be automated.

Create maintain and execute automated test scripts for in scope smoke test Functional and regression test cases

Automated testing suite to be reviewed by the SMEs and socialized with the business users to ensure quick role out due to tight project timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

10 years of hands on experience in building automated test packs for end to end project and BAU testing .

Strong understanding of Software development database and testing tools.

Familiarity in languages used for automation (Python Java SQL Java Script)

High attention to detail for identifying analyzing and solving complex problems.

Use of Automation tools - Selenium Cypress and implementing these for project use from scratch.

Experience with Fenergo (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge gap between technical and non-technical teams.

Previous experience on application migrations (preferred on-prem to Saas)
