Senior Software Developer (.NET Azure)

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a high impact team supporting enterprise government systems. The role involves designing and maintaining secure scalable web applications using modern cloud technologies within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop test and maintain enterprise web applications
Translate technical system specifications into working applications
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Troubleshoot application issues and support implementation and production environments
Collaborate with developers architects and business stakeholders
Perform code reviews testing and documentation

Required Technical Skills

Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud development
Development / .NET Core C# MVC Entity Framework
Frontend development with ReactJS HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript
Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards Repos Pipelines CI/CD)
Development with Azure Web Apps and Azure Functions
Integration using Azure Logic Apps
Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL Database
Experience with Power BI including data modeling and visualization

Additional Experience

Experience with OutSystems or Power Apps
Integration with SharePoint Office365 or SendGrid
Designing secure and scalable cloud applications
Working within Agile development teams

Must Have

Senior development experience with C# MVC and Entity Framework
Experience with ReactJS and modern web technologies
Experience supporting Ministry of Finance business areas including Advisory Objections and Appeals and Tax and Benefit programs

Preferred

Experience with OutSystems platform (O11 certification preferred)
Experience working within Ontario Public Service (OPS) environments
