Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support a government/federal project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in training needs analysis curriculum development and delivery support along with exposure to ServiceNow Demand Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) sessions with stakeholders
- Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging training materials (presentations guides job aids documentation)
- Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) preparation and assist with delivery as required
- Work with or support ServiceNow Demand Management processes
