Weresearching for aToronto or Chicago based FP&A Analystto join ourFinanceteam so that we cananalyze cost structures build financial reports and create summaries that provide actionable insights for the team. TheFP&A Analyst will support the development of comprehensive budgets forecasts and financial models that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.

HowYoullSpend Your Time

• Prepare financial summaries that support business unit reporting ensuring alignment with established processes

• Consolidateroutine financial data to create clear analytical outputs for team use in operational decision-making

• Support the development of standard budgets and forecasts by gathering and organizing relevant financial information

• Utilize established data analysis methods to process business unit performance metrics ensuringdatacompleteness for reporting

• Assistin implementing process enhancements as directed supporting continuous improvement objectives

What Kind of ThingsWereMost Interested in You Having

• Previousexperienceas a Financial Analyst or similar rolewithin a B2B company ideally a SaaS business model

• Provensuccesssupporting the creation of financial reports (expense headcount revenue sales etc.)for business units by analyzing cost drivers and structures

• In-depth knowledgeof financial processes andmonthlyaccounting closeprocesses

• Advancedproficiencyin MS Excel; experience with NetSuite Salesforce SAP SAC or other financial systems preferred

• Ability to commute toyour local office(Toronto or Chicago) 2-3 days per week

• Sincere interest inprocess improvement andgaining insights into strategic business operations

• A knack for workingwith a strong attention to detailwithina fast-paced environment
