About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join our team responsible for overseeing plumbing maintenance activities for our Melbourne Airport contract. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to preventative maintenance for the Melbourne Airport site covering both the International and Domestic addition to preventative work the role will involve general reactive maintenance fault finding and installation tasks.
This permanent full-time role and will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring alignment with contractual financial and safety requirements of plumbing maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance across the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing faults quickly and efficiently.
- Conduct system inspections and ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
- Install and upgrade plumbing systems including water waste and gas systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
About You
To succeed in this role you will bring experience in major commercial or industrial settings with a strong focus on Preventative Maintenance. Youre passionate about delivering high-quality work and are deeply committed to safety; both for yourself and your team. Additionally you will have:
- Certificate III in Plumbing
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred
- Current drivers license and White Card (preferred)
- A professional approach to the workplace
- Proven ability to deliver high-standard work
- A solid understanding of and commitment to quality environmental and OH&S management systems
