- Provide customer support for our Companys products such as handling their enquiries with tact and courtesy.
- Perform on-site advice installation preventive maintenance and repairs of our Company products.
- Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features configuration usage and maintenance.
- Proactive in informing customers of additional product and services we offer.
- Handle all essential resources materials and equipments for effective and efficient delivery.
Key Competencies
- Good level of customer service experience.
- Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.
Qualification:
- NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer-related or equivalent discipline.
- Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Manual).
