This is a full time fully remote position with nationwide travel up to 75% including conferences partner site visits and multi state implementation work. We are seeking a Manager WorkForward:
- Translate UW Healths proven earn-and-learn pathways into scalable multi-state solutions.
- Secure major philanthropic grants and government funding to support replication and field-building.
- Present compelling short pitches briefings and conference presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Lead budgeting staffing resource planning and operational execution for a start-up environment.

Qualifications
- Masters Degree in a related field such as workforce education or business development Required
- PhD in a related field such as workforce education or business development Preferred
Work Experience
- 5 years in higher education workforce or business start up Required
