Village at Triangle is seeking a friendly professional and reliable Concierge to join our team. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents guests and vendors helping create a welcoming and secure environment in the community.

3:00 PM 8:00 PM

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a calm and organized manner
- Previous concierge front desk or customer service experience preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with resident inquiries and provide general information about the property
- Monitor building entry and maintain security awareness
- Receive and log packages and deliveries
- Communicate with property management regarding any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean organized front desk and lobby area
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
