Job title: Logistics Team Lead

The role:

As a Logistics Team Lead you will help drive our goals by:

Coordinating and prioritizing daily workflow across Shipping and Receiving teams

Supporting onboarding on-the-job training and cross-training to build team capability

Managing packaging materials weekly crating needs and custom packaging solutions

Owning the dock schedule managing appointments and resolving conflicts efficiently

Arranging domestic and international freight and preparing accurate shipping documentation

Ensuring accurate material weights timely ERP transactions and documentation integrity

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Experience in supply chain or logistics operations ideally 57 years

Ability to lead organise problem-solve and communicate clearly

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with ERP systems

Understanding of shipping documentation Incoterms or willingness to learn

Ability to work safely in a production/warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Experience coordinating freight carriers dock schedules and packaging needs
