About the role
Were looking for a senior full stack engineer to design build and ship end to end features across backend services (Java/Kotlin) web frontends (React) and mobile apps. Youll lead technical design raise the bar on code quality own dependency management strategies and help the team deliver iteratively in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Design build and maintain scalable backend services in Java/Kotlin (e.g. Spring Boot/Ktor) and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Develop high-quality web applications in React (TypeScript) integrating with backend services and design systems.

Contribute to mobile development primarily Android (Kotlin Jetpack/Compose); optionally cross platform (React Native) where applicable.

Own end to end feature delivery: schema design APIs UI/mobile testing deployment and observability.

Lead dependency management practices across the stack:

Define versioning and upgrade strategies (BOMs semantic versioning scheduled updates).

Manage build and package tools (Gradle/Maven npm/yarn/pnpm).

Maintain artifact repositories and SBOMs; remediate vulnerabilities and license issues (e.g. Dependabot/Snyk/OWASP Dependency-Check).

Improve CI/CD pipelines automated testing and release engineering (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins; Nexus/Artifactory).

Drive architectural decisions system design reviews and performance/security best practices (OWASP Top 10).

Add observability: structured logging metrics tracing; define SLOs and dashboards.

Mentor engineers perform code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.

Collaborate with product design and QA; participate in Agile ceremonies; break down and estimate work.

Required qualifications

8 years of professional software engineering experience including 3 years delivering full stack features to production.

Strong proficiency in Java (11/17) and Kotlin; expertise with Spring Boot (or Ktor) JPA/Hibernate SQL design and caching (e.g. Redis).

Frontend proficiency with React and TypeScript; hands on with state management (Redux/Zustand) routing and modern build tooling (Vite/Webpack).

Mobile experience building and shipping mobile apps in Kotlin (Coroutines Jetpack/Compose); familiarity with app store release processes and CI for mobile.

Testing expertise: JUnit 5/Mockito/Testcontainers for backend; Jest/React Testing Library and Cypress/Playwright for web; Android unit/UI tests.

Deep experience in dependency management and supply chain security:

Gradle/Maven configuration dependency graphs and BOM usage.

npm/yarn/pnpm workflows lockfiles and monorepo strategies.

Vulnerability scanning license compliance and SBOM generation.

CI/CD and DevOps fundamentals: Git trunk based or GitFlow Docker artifact versioning environment promotion.

Cloud experience with at least one major provider (AWS/GCP/Azure) and common managed services; basic Kubernetes familiarity is a plus.

Strong communication cross functional collaboration and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

Microservices patterns; event streaming (Kafka) gRPC.

Server-side rendering and app frameworks () for BFFs.

Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile or React Native experience.

IaC (Terraform) secrets management and policy as code.

Domain driven design data modeling and migration strategies.

Performance tuning and profiling across backend web and mobile.

Experimentation/feature flags and A/B testing.
