* Areas covered Harrison / Lake City /Cadillac/ Mt Pleasant and Remus.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call.
- Provide efficient accurate and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls.
- Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts offering product options and finalizing sales over the phone.
- Develop a strong understanding of the parts services and solutions we provide.
- Uphold our Never Say No values by offering all available product options and solutions.
- Process orders returns and inquiries accurately within our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations.
- Maintain professionalism accuracy and a high level of product knowledge in every interaction.

Schedule
Full time Monday-Friday8am-5pm.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Previous 3 yearsexperience in automotivefield.
- Customer focused with strong communication skills.
- Must be at least 18years of Age
- Valid Drivers License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
