HELP DESK TECHNICIAN NEW JERSEY OFFICE:
3 days in the office 2 days remote-


Description:

Prominent AM Law 200 law firm with multiple regional offices seeks a Help Desk Technician to complete its four-person Helpdesk team. The position is in the firms Hackensack New Jersey office. The schedule is Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirement:

The position involves providing technical assistance for hardware software and mobile devices supporting video conferences through Teams and Zoom maintaining equipment inventory and documenting support activity in the Firms ticketing system. Candidates should have significant experience with Microsoft Windows 11 Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook and Word) and iManage

The Firm has high expectations for the contributions of its team members in terms of customer service responsiveness attention to detail and ownership of their work. Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills strong interpersonal ability and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly. The role requires adherence to established procedures strong documentation discipline and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required by a team member every few months along with a couple of additional trips each year by some team members for office buildouts and expansions. The position also requires flexibility to provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours to cover planned and unplanned PTO.

A law firm or professional services background is preferred. An associates or bachelors degree in information systems or a related field or equivalent work experience is also preferred.
