Job Summary
Snowflake Data Engineer - Role is on-site in NYC 5 days/week
Job Summary
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data engineering or backend development roles
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python PySpark and Snowflake
- Expert in Snowflake data modeling performance tuning and optimization
- Skilled in working with Snowflake Cortex AI or similar AI-enabled data platforms
- In-depth knowledge of modern data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling ELT/ETL data marts optimization)
- Advanced SQL skills; experienced in designing scalable data models
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions in cloud-based environments
- Familiar with for developing or supporting data-driven front-end applications
- Strong understanding of distributed data processing frameworks
- Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Knowledgeable in data security governance and compliance best practices
- On-site role in NYC; requires in-person interviews and local candidates only
