Position Overview:
Ram Jack Is seeking an Installation Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the field installation of remedial repair and new construction projects. As Installation Supervisor you will be managing crews maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring project timelines are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent organizational skills a strong focus on quality control and a passion for developing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
Direct and oversee field crew to complete foundation repair projects on schedule and within budget.
Plan coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and manpower.
Site Management
Supervise all aspects of job site activities including equipment operation material handling and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct pre-construction assessments to ensure site readiness and resolve any potential issues.
Safety and Compliance
Enforce all safety policies and procedures to create a safe work environment for the crew.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and local building codes.
Quality Control
Inspect work during and after completion to ensure quality meets company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or unforeseen challenges on the job site.
Communication and Reporting
Act as the primary point of contact between Production Manager Project Managers and clients.
Provide regular updates on project progress material usage and any deviations from plans.
Crew Development
Train and mentor installation techs to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive productive and collaborative team environment.
Equipment and Materials
Oversee the proper use maintenance and storage of tools and equipment.
Coordinate the delivery and inventory of materials needed for each project.
Additional Duties
Perform any additional duties assigned by Production Manager or Sr. Management
Experience:
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a production or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of foundation systems including helical piers underpinning and concrete repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and technical documents.
Excellent organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical ability to work on job sites and perform manual labor as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in construction safety or equipment operation.
Experience operating heavy machinery or CDL certification.
Work Environment:
Primarily field-based requiring travel to various job sites.
Work may involve heavy lifting confined spaces and exposure to various weather conditions.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of foundation repair and installation techniques.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Certifications:
OSHA Certification or similar safety training (preferred).
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
