Requirements
- Significant Scrum Master experience as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics using project management tools like Azure DevOps
- Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment
- A minimum of 7 years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise
- A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member with at least half of that experience in in large enterprises
- Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred)
- Experience with strategic communication and execution a plus
Desired not required
- Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space
- Financial industry project experience
