We are hiring a Sales Representative for our Nashville branch to grow and manage a high-potential sales territory. This role is all about generating new business expanding existing relationships and driving revenue in a fast-paced dynamic market. You will represent the company with professionalism while building strong customer connections.

This is a hands-on role with autonomy-you will shape your sales strategy see direct results from your efforts and make real decisions that impact your success.

What You Will Do

Create and execute a territory sales strategy to hit personal and company sales goals
Prospect secure and grow client accounts through calls networking and in-person meetings
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
Collaborate with team members to drive sales and provide excellent service
Track activity pipeline and sales performance in CRM
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in partnership with accounting

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably outside sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Bachelors degree and staffing/industrial sales experience are a plus
