Genesis West Region is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation this role you will deliver direct nursing care administer medications monitor resident conditions and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents vital signs and overall condition
Provide wound care and basic nursing procedures
Assist with care plan implementation
Document patient care accurately and timely
Communicate changes in resident condition to supervising RN
Support admissions transfers and discharge processes
