OTM/GTM Lead

Role Overview
Birlasoft is seeking an experienced OTM/GTM Architect/Lead to design and lead the integration architecture between SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM). This role will drive the optimization of end-to-end transportation planning and execution processes for Kubota. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise logistics system integration frameworks and scalable architecture design.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end integration design between SAP S/4HANA and Oracle OTM/GTM with a focus on transportation planning and execution.
- Design and implement robust integration frameworks to enable real-time and batch data synchronization including order management shipment visibility and billing processes.
- Partner with SAP functional teams and logistics/TMS stakeholders to ensure system reliability performance and business alignment.
- Provide technical leadership in developing scalable maintainable and future-ready integration architectures.
- Define and govern data mapping transformation logic and overall integration strategy to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards security policies and evolving business requirements.
- Establish and oversee monitoring error handling and exception management processes for all integration flows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in enterprise logistics and integration architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Oracle OTM/GTM and middleware platforms such as SAP CPI and Redwood Connector.
- Strong knowledge of real-time and batch integration technologies including IDoc XML SOAP and REST APIs.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering large-scale complex integration programs.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
