Were looking for a driven customer-focused fully bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Specialist to join our team across South Bay Inglewood and Long Beach.
Important: This role requires full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
You will regularly assist Spanish-speaking residents and prospects so if you are not fluent in Spanish please do not apply.

Job Functions:
Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone email and in person
Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features
Prepare review and process applications and lease documents
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems)
Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies
Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English (Required: must be able to communicate professionally in both languages)
- Experience in leasing or sales (preferred)
- Strong communication follow-up and customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required)
Commission Structure (Resets Monthly)
- 15 leases: $200 per lease
- 610 leases: $250 per lease
- 11 leases: $300 per lease
High performers who consistently hit higher tiers can significantly increase their annual earnings.
