Will Other Fetal Maternal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Yes this is a 2 provider service. One provider will cover St. Marys Hospital and one provider will cover St. Francis Medical Center. The clinic is also supported by a NP who rotates sites.

- Board Certified/Board Eligible MFM - REQUIRED
- Fellowship - REQUIRED
- VA license - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- AIUM Certification - Preferred
- Providers must submit to all three job postings to be considered: ( and 65645) - REQUIRED
- A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
