We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Phoenix AZ. The ideal candidate will have deep hands on experience customizing configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders architects and project teams to design scalable solutions integrate CRM with other enterprise systems and enhance business processes across sales service and operational functions.

This is a W2-only role and requires local candidates who can work onsite in Phoenix as needed.

• Customize Dynamics 365 CE entities forms views dashboards and business rules.
• Build and configure workflows Power Automate flows plug-ins custom actions and web resources.
• Create custom modules JavaScript enhancements and client-side scripting for improved UI functionality.

• Participate in technical design sessions providing input on best practices and advanced customization strategies.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured technical designs.
• Implement scalable high-performance CRM solutions aligned with Microsoft architecture standards.

• Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps Power Platform connectors REST/SOAP APIs or other middleware tools.
• Support data migrations using tools such as KingswaySoft SSIS or built-in D365 import functionality.
• Ensure data integrity mapping and transformation support project requirements.

• Perform unit testing debugging and optimization of CRM customizations.
• Support UAT cycles and coordinate deployments across environments using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Provide ongoing production support troubleshooting and performance tuning.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts PMs QA and end users.
• Produce clear technical documentation architectural diagrams and deployment guidelines.
• Assist in training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.

• 9 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • C# .NET
  • Dynamics CRM SDK
  • Plug-in development
  • JavaScript & TypeScript
  • Power Automate & Power Apps
  • FetchXML LINQ SQL Server
• Experience integrating D365 with external systems using APIs Azure services or ESB tools.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse security roles solution management and environment strategy.

• Experience with Power Apps Portals Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience migrating from older CRM versions to Dynamics 365 Online.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are a plus.

• Local to Phoenix only.
• Hybrid/onsite attendance required as per project needs.
• Must work on a W2 basis (no C2C).
